Penny's Story
My husband Tom and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary this October.
After graduating from UNH, I lived and worked in NYC for 6 years, then moved to LA for 3 years, then San Francisco. I was in the travel business working for tour operators and cruise lines. I met Tom in SF. We moved around a lot, from Seattle to Sedona AZ to Kentucky and finally retired in Myrtle Beach. We’ve been here for 8 years and we love it! right now we have Zeke, a 130 pound gorgeous Golden Retriever. He’s a therapy dog and works with autistic kids and seniors.
In 2012, our marriage was in trouble and we were headed for divorce. But God stepped in and saved us and put us on a beautiful path of serving HIM. We love our church and are very active. I teach Bible studies and Tom leads our seniors ministry.
Life is good. God is good.
I hope to make the 50th reunion and look forward to seeing you!
