Penelope's Story
Kenneth Jones (Sac Hi Class of 70) and I married in 1977 after we graduated from CSUSacramento. We moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where we currently live. We almost have an empty nest. One son, a college grad, currently lives nearby and works on the Peninsula. Another son and daughter are going to school out of state. The last son is a junior in high school. I look forward to remolding our home once all the children are gone.

, home and in the community. I have been teaching for more than 28 years and love it. I am a second grade teacher and enjoy reading aloud and jumping rope with my students. They keep me young.
On the weekends I walk, go to the YMCA, attend church, sew, and watch too much TV.
During the week I am busy with family, church, and a non-profit, Foundation for a College Education.
I love to travel, dine out, hang with my family, and welcome the opportunity to hear from old friends.
