Penny's Story
I moved to Virginia in 1971. In 1989, my family moved to Sigonella, Sicily, with the Navy, and from there we went to Nuernberg, Germany, with the Army. My family was in Nuernberg, during Desert Storm until the end of 1991.
I worked as a civilian in the Department of Defense and was in the Pentagon on 9/11, 2001. From there I spent almost two years in Texas, then returned to Northern Virginia, where I worked for National Science Foundation and Department of Homeland Security until I retired in 2013.

kayak, mostly in the Vero Beach and Fort Pierce area close to home. Life is all about water, kayaking, snorkeling, beach, bikes, and a little tennis when it's cool enough.
Everything was about BAND while I was in high school. Now, the only music in my life is the digital kind, my son's band called STATIC DAYDREAM, and my nephew's band called the JEFF JOPLING BAND. There are a few good bands that perform at some of the local restaurants/tiki bars here in the central east coast of Florida. They all sound good with a beer.
I hope to see some of you at the 50th Reunion in July 2015.
