Hello Mingus students(haha), It's me again and I'm still here in the beauitful state of Virginia, loving the fall colors right now. Lets see ummmmm I'm still taking care of my aunt who will be 90 in January. I had the pleasure of voting early with her. I say pleasure because she is nearly blind, can't walk without a walker, my assistance, and alot of time to get where she is going, so we just got er done in our own time. I have taken up a new sport pretty seriously for a few months now. Running was never my thing but Ihave found out that by doing interval training I have gotten more benefits, less fatigue, and by george am acutally seeing results! See before I just went to the gym, did weight training, and on off days walked a mile or so. Well guess what! That wasn't making me lose but gain of course because of building muscles!
