Penny's Story
After graduating in 1980 I married Mark Grass, who graduated same class. Two years later we had a beautiful baby girl, Jamie Christen. Mark and I divorced in 1986 and in August of 1987,I married Jeff Kieschnick (Evadale graduating class of 1984). In 1990, I began following Jesus Christ as my Savior. Two years later, Jeff also came to know Him.
Jeff & I have 4 children, including Jamie. Jamie is 26,(Evadale graduating class of 2001)married for 5 years to Wesley Prince. They live in Kountze. Our other children are: Kimber,16; Matt, 13; and Kristen(Kriket), 8.
We also have 5 beautiful grandchildren:Delaney,4; Julie,3; Darci,2; Jasee,1; and FINALLY! a boy! Brayden is due August 18, 2008!!! d and enjoyed every minute of it. We attend church at North Hardin Baptist Church, Silsbee. We lived in Evadale until May of 2007. We have built a new home in Silsbee and moved in May of 2007.
What I want for the rest of my life: To serve the Lord my God with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my strength and with all my mind. To be a godly wife and mother and grandmother. To leave a godly legacy for my children and grandchildren. Jamie and Wesley are following this legacy MUCH better than I ever taught them. I am so proud of them. Kimber, Matt, & Kriket are all following God, and that's saying alot, as 2 of them are Teenagers! LOL.
To know the Lord, to witness of His love and the changes He has made in me, to follow and serve Him along with my husband, and to see my children and grandchildren surrender their lives to Him and walk with Him...that is all I ask.
