Penny's Story
Hmmmmm, my story... I moved from California to the Dallas area back in the late 80's. I love it here but definitely miss the beach. (The Texas Gulf Coast does not qualify as a "beach fix"). I'm blessed with two great kids and my number of grandkids is still on the rise. I'm single after a long term marriage which is not necessarily a bad thing, just strange.
I love taking solo road trips to nowhere in particular. Preferably staying off highways, driving ...Expand for more
on dirt roads through small unknown towns and stopping for a picnic on the side of the road to include Bud Lite and Cheetos - Don't judge me, I walk 2 miles a day!
Workwise, I've had my own business for 20+ years which I’m slowly transitioning over to my niece and daughter. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel (aka; retirement) in my not too distant future. I guess that's it for “my story”, not too exciting but I'm not dead yet. There's still time.
