Pete LaChance:  

Life Peter F. LaChance, is a former Assistant Professor & Director of Strength Development at USMA West Point. He is a USA Gymnastics and Safety Certified Instructor, and a PDCP Level I-IV Course Instructor. A former college football player, team captain, DB and QB, Peter received a BS in Biology/Nutrition at Cook College and an MS in Exercise Physiology at Penn State. He has worked toward a Doctorate Degree in Exercise Science at UMASS. Peter has served as the NY State Director and on the Board of Directors for the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He earned the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and was re-certified with distinction twice. He was the director of personal training at World Gym, NYC and operated a part-time Personal Training/Consulting Service.
