As a Damage Controlman First Class, Petty Officer Activities included Search and Rescue (SAR), Ice Breaking, Environmental Protection, Port Security and Military Readiness, and Maritime Law Enforcement (MLE) that also took part of the drug wars which all dealing with Cuba involvement within Central and South Americas.
