Peter's Story
After John Marshall, I had 4 years at Furman U. in SC -- then, thanks to ROTC, a couple of years in the Army (most of which I spent at Ft. Hood, TX). Then 6 years in grad school at Indiana U and the University of London studying African History.
In 1979 I entered the ministry and have pastored three churches in North Carolina.

ent to Rwanda in '94 and twice to Sri Lanka in '05 after the Tsunami. Also, lots of trips to help with storm cleanup after various hurricanes and tornadoes. 2011 has already been a bad year.
While at IU I married Patsy Johnson, Miss NC 1969. We have one son, Matt, who is married and preparing for grad school.
I have been trying for years to make it to a JM class reunion, but it is a long way from NC to MN. But one of these years....
