Who knew High School had so little to do with what you would become, and what the balance of your life would hold? I spent the last two years between Edison and MVHS in the Bricklaying classes at Edison and 3 R's at MVHS, and ended up a Systems Programmer in Mainframe Computer Systems on The Coast working for one of the Hearst Newspapers. The largest in San Francisco. Twenty years with the paper out of a 30 year career out here. Now my health is in a declining state, I am no longer able to work. Life is like a box o' Chocolates!! I have spoken with Karen Buzwell "Buzzy" since school, but that's about it, and that was in the 80's via long distance phone call. Donny Cox and his family rescued me when I was about to drop out of school and leave home, and made sure that I staid with them and completed my 12th year. A genuinely great family that I never got a chance to really thank, but who are forever in this man's prayers. I am a father of one young man nearly 20 and one princess, 18, and a husband of 22 years (in 2010), and for that time I measure my wealth by the happiness of this group.
