New update- July 3rd 2009- Son Gabe and D-in-law Liz made me a grndpa for the first time. Pablo William Nardie. Have no idea where the Pablo came from but typical of a Nardie it was "different" so they chose it. Went to Boston about 3 weeks after he was born - he is just adorable. Light hair dark blue eyes (maybe just for now, maybe for good)
Still spending most of my free time fishing or travelin' or readin'. I go to Gulf Shores with buddy from STech Cliff Ramage a couple times a year. Get to Manitoba usually once a year. ...Expand for more
Been doing a bit of subbing at STech. Will probably be heading to Boston More frequently. Dixie retired in '08 but is still working part time at Parkway westAs much as I get contact from KHS and South Tech folks I am looking for guys from the Phu Bai group that were Marines involved in Combined Action in '66 and '67. I was in Loc Bon, CAC 4 starting in Sept '66 and rotated home in Sept '67 and fortunately missed TET '68. Am wondering if anyone was there during TET. Would love to know what happened to the ville.
