Peter's Story

For those who remember me here is a short summary of life since RHS. I went to Champlain College in Lennoxville and did a DEC in Data Processing, or Software Engineering if you prefer. After 3 years of this I got my DEC and had decided to start UNiversity while looking for a job, went to Bishop's for 1 year and starting working in Jan 1981 and have never stopped since. For the last 25 years I have worked in the container transport domain mostly in IT but also in the business domain as well. The company I worked for (Canadian Pacific Ships) was bought by Hapag Lloyd in 2006. So I never left Montreal like everyone else I hung with during school, this is a sad staement for Quebec. I have no regrets, got marrie...Expand for more
d in 1993 to Nella and have a son Alex who is now 13 (2009). I developed a taste for coffee over the years and started a company evergreencoffeecompany dot com. I roast coffee and sell espresso equipment. I am also doing a little programming at night for extra money. We live in beautiful St-Lazare, QC and having travelled a fair bit over the years would say that the most beautiful place to live is Quebec and I am sure I will stay for good. As you might note I am into the music mostly blues and try to play guitar when I get free time. Look for me to open a cafe in Hudson Quebec at some point. This will be the best cafe in the Soulanges not that difficult, as far as coffee goes west of Montreal is a wasteland.
