Peter's Story
1976 -B.S. Business Administration/Accounting - Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
1977-78 - Business Manager - largest farm equipment dealer in Vermont (Randolph).
1978-80 - Controller - American branch of world famous German gear-cutting equipment manufacturer - Chicago
1980-84 Owner - Motorhome Rental company near San Francisco International. Sold to CruiseAmerica.
1984-1993 - Opened and ran a noted career counseling practice near Stanford University.
1994-2000 - Business Process Analyst - Schlage Lock division of Ingersoll-Rand, San Francisco.
2000: Sold a 45-foot classic wooden motor-yacht that had been my home since 1990 and bought a condo in the French Quarter in New Orleans, along with three rental properties.

0-2007 - Certified Household Manager (butler) - Three clients in a row - San Jose, New Orleans, Palo Alto.
2007: Moved to St. Petersburg, Florida due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina on New Orleans.
2007-present: Licensed Community Association Manager (condo communities).
Managed one with 5,200 homes in it.
On the side:
1978 - private pilot's license.
1982-1992 - occasional cathedral organist in San Francisco. Re-starting that in Tampa after a long hiatus.
Recently: working on a book about my European family. Go jet-skiing a lot in the summers.
Many trips to Europe since 1972. Probably will retire in Panama City, Panama (winters) and Germany (summers).
But not until 2025.
