Life
I am the Executive Chef at St.Josephs Womens Hospital. I am married and have one son, JP. Still hang out with friends from school, Chris P, Christian, Gillie, Scott Miller. Life is good. Live in Carrollwood. Spend most of my free time with my family, fishing and entertaining at home....Found that i love to cook in college...well in Tallahassee..Did not make it to class very often. Came back to tampa. Started at the bottom at Bellas on Howard, Opened Primadonna, moved into hotels at the Wyndham wests...Expand for more
hore, Managed the banquet department. Then became chef at SHulas steakhouse where i met my wife. Got married in Vegas. Had my son. Decided the hotel lifestyle was not good for the family working 75 hours a week. Made the change into healthcare culinary. Love my job...gives me free time to spend with my family and have a real life...Now i have nights and weekends off to enjoy cooking and entertaining at home with friends and family...Rejuvinaing my love for the industry that i have dedicated my life too.//
