Phil's Story

Life Phil Kirk (formerly Phil Ramos prior to my adoption becoming official) graduated the Class 0f 73' and I now live and work in Park City, Utah. I'm married to Nadine Wimmer and we have two boys, Wesley and Wyatt. Nadine is a news anchor with KSL TV in Salt Lake City and I have served as in many diverse roles in police work with Salt Lake City PD, Utah Adult Probation & Parole and currently Park City PD. the police academy. I earned a Masters of Public Administration from the U of U and a Bachelors in criminal justice from Weber State University. I served as an Intelligence Officer with the Naval Reserves assigned to Honolulu, Hawaii until retiring in 1997. Nadine and I were "horse people" owning an Arabian and a Thoroughbred. For many years we spent many of our vacations at Lake Powell on the border of Utah & Arizona water skiing and boating. Now with the focus on our boys, we travel for vacations to California and our 2nd home in Southern Utah.
