SERE & Security Training at Coronado Island April '70 Danang (17 Y/O) Nov '70 Bihn Thuy Secuity Force Dates?? Vung Tau - Ammo Dump Nam Can - Naval Support Activity: PBRs and Seal Team Viet Nam tour ended 20 Nov '71 Viet Nam was actually an improvement over home & school... Would have been in the 11th grade when the "THEN" picture was taken. Was in Viet Nam a few months later. Moved back to Antioch in '74. Was a Maintenance Mechanic, welder, machinist at Inter Pace. Joined Active Reserves - attached to River Division 11 PBRs out of Vallejo. The unit actually got a headline in the Ledger, in '76, I believe... We made a night run to Stockton did a couple 180s at 35 knots out in front of the Riverview... I guess the wakes hit the dock fairly hard. They blame the Army because the boats were green...
