After high school I moved to San Francisco for a short period of time. I relocated to Los Angeles a year later.

I have been informed that the building I have occupied for the past 31 yeasr is scheduled to be torn down in late August , 2022. So I will be retiring in July. I am looking foward to it.
I own a home in Sylmar ( A community in the Northern San Fernando Valley).
My hobbies include photography and the outdoors.
