PHILIP is from Middletown, Orange County, New York. PHILIP's schools include Winthrop Junior High School. PHILIP graduated Wingate High School in 1967 but did not go to college or university. PHILIP worked) at Short Line/Coach USA. for 50 years is now retired. He is a singer/recording artist and has a music/talk cable TV show. The Mr. Phil Show that airs in Brooklyn/Manhattan and parts of the New York Hudson Valley. He is in films and has performed on major national TV shows in New York City and Hollywood Ca.
