Constance's Story
Life
Hi Everyone: When we were in school most of you knew me as Gloria.
I've been married twice, widowed once and have two wonderful sons. Both grown and one married. I have one grandson who is my heart.
I graduated from Troy State University in Montgomery AL as a Psy major. Graduated from the Univ of Alabama with a masters in Social Work. Did post graduate work in CA and have my PhD. I've worked mainly in the health related fields all my life.
At one time owned own publishing company. I've written and published articles, magazines and other items. Now I'm working on several books. Who knows I might even finish one or two of them and have them published before I get too old.
My pet companion is a Molluccan Cocatoo named Maxx. We've been together for about 12 years.
I love all kinds of music. I love going to concerts. This little town where I live has concerts in the park. I now live in the Desert outside of Las Vegas since I retired two years ago.
I like to garden but I'm limited to trying here because of the high desert wind, lack of rain, heat and alkaline soil. But, that only slows me down not stops me.

ally developed a passion for genealogy. I've spent so much time digging in my family root cellar that I feel like a sub-terranian digger. I was born late in life to my parents and like most people I did not ask a lot of questions about our family ties. Basicially I started with my birth certificate, my fathers death certificate and a few family stories. Today I'm still looking but I'm now used to dead ends, family disconnects and poor record keeping. I still love my research efforts. I've even come up with a book about research and I've be encouraged to publish it. I've presented several classes for the local clubs around.
I also love to travel. I've been in all the contigious states within the US except fot Alaska and MT. Don't know how I missed them but I figure I still have time. One of the best trips we've had has to be last year when we took 30 days to spend in Hawaii. We spent 14 days on a cruise around the islands and the other time being beach bums. What a life. I wish I could really retire and be a beach bum with no worries, don't we all.
I would love to hear from any one who just wants to make a contact and say hello. Your friend Gloria Lott
