Phyllis's Story

Still living in the Bay Area. Andy and I have two children. Gretchen is 31 and a single mom living in our cabin up in Arnold, CA....hopefully someday will get off our payroll and then maybe we can move into the cabin when Andy reitres (yeah right, economy better get better). We also have a son, Scott, who is now 21 attending the University of Alaska Anchorage. He loves it up there...skiing, mountain biking...Expand for more
, camping, etc. Now if he will just concentrate on school, maybe he'll find his passion and go for it and get off our payroll also. Do they ever do that?? WE have a wonderful granddaughter, Lily, who is 6 and loves school...something she didn't get from her mother or Uncle...thank goodness. Husband went through a mid-life crisis and we now have not one, but two Newfoundlands...too old for these giant dogs.
