Phyllis's Story
Lot different than in school. Got out of school furthered my education (didn't like degree in computers),got married and had 5 children and took care of husband, worked , biologically adopted 3 more children , teach primary children in Sunday School and pre/school in Bible School for several years now. Have a Christian outreach program feeding the hungry and gleaning the apple orchard. Own my own cleaning service with a few employees now that I am widowed. Two of my children are handicapped and live with me. Love crafts , teaching kids, and gardening. went Home just before her 94 birthday..Have many wonderful friends and have a blast with them when we get together. Have had cancer three times and in my 8th year remission again.Stay active and try to always think positive. Have three grandchildren wish I had more and could work less to be with them more. Love being in the Avon walks with my one of my Sons as a worker. Loved San Francisco with a passion and had a blast with that son ,my daughter/in/law and granddaughter also two other sons at Disney in Florida.Still get very without my husband but stay very busy and enjoy everything God has blessed me with.Enjoy hearing from the other Lew Wallace graduates.
