My Spouse
I met Steve in the parking lot of the First Baptist Church next to Trinity High School in the fall of 1971. After graduating from college, Steve has continued to work for himself in the construction business. He specializes in custom homes, restoration and remodeling and with the help of his partner in Texas, they tackle some large agricultural construction projects across the nation.
My Pets
With all the dogs, cats, fish, guineas and the horse it is just not possible to make a long story short in this case. However, most of the high maintenance revolves around the house dogs, a Rat Terrier named Abbie, a Jack Russell named Chigger, a black and white cat named Max, and a Saint Bernard named Scout.
My Kids
Reese is 27 and a summa cum laude graduate from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR. He is teaching 8th grade English at Woodland Jr. High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In his spare time, he writes music, works out, and sings in any coffee house and/or club that will let him. He also leads the worship at our church, White River Fellowship. ed for three years to Christina. Christina is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with an accounting degree and is the Vice President of Total Document Solutions, a Xerox dealership here in Fayetteville, Arkasnas. They have been living in a small cottage nearby and have begun adding on to it.
Jesyka is 21 years old and just graduated from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO. with a degree in psychology. She completed her 4 year degree plan in 3 years. Her hobbies include being on a snow board during ski season and behind a camera, learning the photography trade and spending all the money she can convince you to let her have. Yes, we are proud of her too! We have just moved her back to Arkansas temporarily. She has taken the summer off and is contemplating where she wants to go and what she wants to do.
My Job
After a couple of detours, I am now administrative assistant at NWA Heart and Vascular Clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas. With 10 cardiologists on staff and 74 employees, I stay relatively busy getting the payroll done and staying on top of everyone's insurance, 401k plan and paying all the bills for three clinics. There is alot involved to keep a large and very busy cardiology clinic up and running.
