Life OK...so here I am, almost 30 years since that hot May day in 1977 when I took my last look at high school. It was several lifetimes ago...even though at times it seems like it was yesterday. The roads traveled between then and now include various cities where I've lived, worked and played, including Houston, TX (1981-1985 and where my family relocated permanently), NYC (1985-1988 had to "make it there" to make it anywhere, right?), and then Washtington DC (1985-now and when I say "area" I mean MD and VA...no one really lives in DC). Anyhow, umpteen marketing jobs, two marriages and one son and a guinea pig later, I am now living in Northern Virginia (about 10 miles from Dulles Airport if you're familiar w/the area) and am a marketing manager for a software company. I have joint custody of my son, who is a fantastic ice hockey player and makes me watch sports on TV all the time. (Which, by the way, takes me back to those days in high school when watching the Rangers and Knicks on TV at Stev...Expand for more
