Phyllis Thomas:  

After graduation I married, had my son and we moved from Albany, 6 1/2 years later my daughter was born. I was married 24 years then divorced. Stayed single for about 11 years. Growing up there were 7 kids in the family. My little 9 year old sister was hit and killed by a car in my senior year. I remember so well at the time wondering how in the world were we going to go on living. It is hard to believe that was 40 years ago. In 1986 my 31 year old brother passed away with cancer (melonoma). In 1992 my sister that was 22 months older than me (she was 42 years old) passed away with colon cancer. My parents still live just outside of Albany and I have one sister and two brothers that live in or very close to Albany. I have been married again for a little over 5 years. Today I have a wonderful son and daughter (and husband) and 6 precious grandchildren and another one on the way. My husband has 2 sons and a daughter and 5 grandchildren so together we have 11 soon to be 12 grandchildren. Life is good and I give our Father in Heaven all the Praise and Glory.
