Phyllis's Story
Life has been interesting and sometimes very difficult. But I have been blessed with 8 kids and 9 grandkids. My kids are my friends. I love beingaround them. My husband of 40 years passed away in March of 07 and it was a long and sad time. I have been fostering children, mostly fragile infants for 17 years and I love it. It is a lot of work but so worth it.
I guess when you get older you think about old friends and silly things you did when you were young. So that is why I decided to see what was up with this site.
My life is good I am busy with my 13 and 12 ...Expand for more
year old kids and I also have a 3 year old that I am doing guardianship with I have been caring for since he was 2 days old.

Update, my how time flys my kids are now almost 18 and 16 and my little guy is 7. Yes I adopted him and he is such a great little guy. I retired from foster care after 20 years. Very rewarding and I do miss it. But my kids keep
me very busy. So life goes on and I enjoy each day with my kids. I now have 10 grandkids and 2 great grand kids. Yikes look what I started! Happy New Year!
