Life
Grad. from KBU, worked City of Cheney, married 1970, 2 children. After 2nd child, worked at SCC, went back to school, BSN EWSC/ICNE, moved to Oregon, work for PVAMC x 19years, divorced in 1990 but good friends with ex, he came to live with me in April 2001 after diagnosed with Brain tumor, me and kids cared for him for the month he lived. Kids married, daughter is bookkeepr, son is Electrical/Computer Engineer, one grandchild. Started traveling, me and the kids (got timeshares-muy wonderful). College
I initially graduated from KBU but after my two kids were born I wanted to get out of the business field, too back stabbing and competitive for a mommy. Returned to school at EWSC and started taking some science classes, next thing I know I'm on my way to a nursing degree. Graduated from ICNE/EWSC in 1985. It was a tough curriculum but when I started my first nursing job I was totally prepared. Have a soft spot in my heart for ICNE still. Love my nursing career too. Wish I would have done that first.
