Phyllis's Story
Life
I live in NorCal and am happily married for almost 20 years. I have three boys, 31, 25 and 18. I have two grandsons who live with us, Landon 8, who is mildly autistic and Patrick who is 5. I do the in home care for my autistic grandson. My husband, Spike, does construction and handyman stuff. We live on a 3 1/2 acre lot in a 4 bedroom two bath house with lots of animals. We have two dogs and two cats. My friend is staying with us while looking for a place of her own and she has two birds! Two of my sons live here right now so this house seems never to be quiet! I love my life and am so glad to be out of SoCal!! Will never live there again, only visit as I still have a brother and sister down there. was gone! Both of my parents are now gone. My mother just passed away in 2000 so she lived a long life. My Dad lived to be 80 and that isn't too shabby either. I try to stay busy and active tho I sometimes get lazy and just want to watch reality TV! Love Survivor and Big Brother and most of them. Don't watch the Bachelor tho. I love the detective true stories. I think I missed my calling, but I am too old to go back to school to be a Sherlock Holmes. I used to read Nancy Drew when I was younger but I didn't know then that I should've been a detective! So I will just drive my family to distraction by trying to find out stuff that they don't want me to know!! And I do find out, drives them nuts!! But all in all I have lead an interesting life and there just isn't enough characters in this to even go there.
