Life after Grant High:
Oh what a ride and journey!
Was lucky enough to dodge the draft (legally) by continuing my education (Student Defrement) and going to UCLA for my undergrad and their after graduating from there I went on to finish my Masters in International Business Management at Vanderbult University in Nashville, TN. After completing my studies and obtaining my Masters; I was recurited by a small company in the 1970's by the name of Sitmar Cruises later to become Princess Cruises located in Century City, then at the time they had 3 ships; limited itineraries mostly Mexico, Panama Canal, Alaska, & Caribbean and grew my career to be their Sr. VP of International Sales and Marketing for over 20+ years; until Princess became one of the largest cruise lines with over 14 very large passenger cruise ships; visiting every continent & cruising the world's oceans. had to live in New York, and Miami, until moving back to LA where I resided in Orange County (Laguna Niguel). However, I had the opportunity to travel the world on someone else's dollar, that was the highlight of my career. It was better then living the "Life Style of the Rich and Famous" But traveling an averaging of 10 days a month on international flights has a way of taking a toll on one's self, especially if you're married. Stayed with the company until 1999 until I decided start up a new business venture.
After leaving Princess I decided it was time to move out of Southern California and start a new busines venture in commercial banking. I picked up the family and moved out to Phoenix, Arizona where I live today.
I'm now very much involved in many chariably organizations in providing needed money and time to "Make A Wish Foundation" Helping Hands for Single Mothers, AZ. Humane Society, and many other worthy causes that I believe in.
