Priscilla's Story

Life I left high school to marry my love. We almost had a child but I miscarried in the first trimester.Later we found we had married too young and had missed alot of screwing up we should have done instead of working overtime and purchasing a new car. We split up in '95-'96.I was a mess for several years after the split.(him too)I nearly let it kill me.Although we could/can still talk from time to time- it's still hard. I had many years after that to really get to know me and what I was capable of. I danced for about seven years and I met my husband at work. We married in '98. He was an unconventional fellow also. Right now, I am just a domestic goddess. I have two enchanting little girls. He works, I cook, clean, and take care of the love puddles. I still love my punk rock music and always will. Both of my girls are in school this upcoming year, 2006-07, so I'm gonna have difficulty with that, they are my best pals. I love growing things at this point in my life, flowers, vegetables, herbs.(I know what you're all thinking) I quit all that about 4 years ago, with the kids and the years piling on, who needs the added stress? I don't talk to anyone anymore, but I would love to hear how everyone else is, so I'm checking this stuff out. Oh, and I don't only wear black now, I wear lots of other dark colors. I continued my study ...Expand for more
of Wicca and am a priestess of Lord and Lady, I am so happy to finally believe in something- believable. (Still the same god as the Christian, but he/she doesn't send you to hell for every little thing) But, finally, and most importantly, I'm not such a danger to myself anymore and have learned to love me. My mom and grandma (pretty much my version of parents growing up) both died in 2003. That is still very difficult, but I try to remember that energy is never dissipated only re-arranged. Oh, and I'm so glad the grunge thing is over, it was sooo not right for that to be the "in" thing.... I'm glad it ushered in cooler TV and slightly more open minds, but all in all~ some people did not belong in flannel shirts and dirty hair..So, in the future, I don't know. I guess I'm working on that with the girls, not much hope for me, but the girls, man are they little diamonds in the rough. I think Zoe will be a biologist or anthropologist or I'll settle for a vet for her. Mina, Oh my, She has a certain rock star quality about her, or maybe a lawyer as far as her love for debate, politician??? Noooo! As fas as me, I'll go to PTA meetings and try to never hide my tattoos or piercings and teach the girls to never follow the crowd and always love themselves and maybe someday, I'll go take those social sciences' courses I'll need. Who knows?
