Priscilla's Story

Life I'm an Operating Room nurse at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park. I was a Major in the Army Reserve--325th Field Hospital. Was deployed to Afghanistan for a year, March '04 to March '05. late March. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren who keep me very busy. I really missed them while I was gone and am glad to be back in KC, alt...Expand for more
hough I wouldn't trade my experiences in Afghanistan for anything I have ever done as a nurse. The experience was very rewarding. The people of Afghanistan were very appreciative of the medical care given by the Americans. I enjoy working in the operating room but do look forward to all that I can do after retirement. I have lots of plans.
