Life
What's new? Well, it's 45 years since high school and about time to accept the inevitable. May be you feel like me, getting older but (forever) still young at heart?
Anne and I've been married since 1974 and we have two grown up kids and one grand son, Mateo - and three grand daughters, Olivia, Maria and Lara. We live in Oslo, Norway, but the girls live in Londo where their father works in the financial industri.
Like most Europeans we like to travel around, in Norway and abroad. Top of the list is coming back to California, to visit my AFS host family (Stan Davis) and their friends.
In order to stay fit I'm still active in sports, cross country orienteering in the summer and skiing in the winter. In between I work for ...Expand for more
the Norwegian Defense Estates Agency. It is not as dull as it sounds, though. With properties and employees in more than 120 bases around Norway I enjoy the opportunity to see much of the rather fascinating scenery and beauties of the Norwegian fjords and mountains.
It is now 48 years since we left high school and I recently signed my retirement papers as from January 2016. It sure dosen't seem like all these years have passed already. I embrace the global development and the opportunities we share to communicate by phone and Internet and to travel freely whereever and whenever we want to.
