RICHARD's Story
RICHARD is from Middletown, New Jersey. He is married with Diane Huylar Fogacci. His schools include Middletown Township High School. He later attended US Navy "A" School. He works(ed) at IBEW LU 400.

hard in my career days. I invested wisely, making life as comfortable as possible for my wife & family. I am glad that I married at a young age and had children early.
I would like to add, that growing up in the 60's & 70's was a bit of a challenge but in today's times I find it much more difficult as I see my children struggle with financial and economic issues. Life is much more complicated today. Family and moral values have diminished and life is being fast tracked.
And to add a bit of humor...I believe that every time you die....you come back in your next life a little bit smarter.....until you become so smart.....then you do not come back........so I believe I'll be back quite a few times.
To sum it up, Life is short & it is all about the choices that you make.
Workplace
I am retired from IBEW/Lu 516 / 400. I worked 36 years in the electrical construction industry. I primarily worked the Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ area, but also worked the Tri-State area (NJ,NY,PA)
Right after high school I enlisted in the US Navy where I trained and learned the electrical business.".
