Ra'uf's Story
Hello Everyone Many of you remember me as Derrick Beck I have since accepted Islam as my way of life! My name is Ra'uf Mubarak (also its my username for FB). Everyone knows I'm from the ATL aka Atlanta, Georgia. After Murphy I joined the Marines, attended Mercer Univ. then my graduate study, UGA. I've had highs and lows since then, but I believe at the end of the day...It is God who is always in control! My Current job is that I'm my own boss. Nuff said.

rests include anything Islamic. My Spiritual life has stepped up. .. For the most part tho, I enjoy the same things I liked while at Murphy. My fave music is anything R&B to Old School My fave books are anything Biographical and Black, I like legal thrillers, ie, John Grisham and James Patterson and any Historical Fiction, like Ken Follett. As for TV which ...like who has the time, are few: CNN, Scandal, Walking Dead, Sons of anarchy, and American Horror story.....
