Paul's Story
Life
Presently retired due to smart investments in the 1980s. Will hike and travel everywhere I can think to go, then do more volunteer work. Could hardly enjoy my life more.
College
Got my B.A. in Physics (with Honors) at Univ of California Berkeley; recently rated the second most prestigious school in the world. Got my graduate degree in Physics at the Univ of Texas at Austin.
Workplace
First real job was at Motorola, working on quality improvement. T...Expand for more
hen worked with the Iowa Department for the Blind, setting up technology (mostly computers) for use by our clients, then teaching them how to use it. Last job was with TouchPro, a small company selling computer systems for restaurants. When I realized that my investments gave me enough money to never need to work again, I retired on 2003 July 3rd. Have never once wished I was back at a job.
Military
I chose to serve my country by staying out of the military.
