Rachel's Story
I'm living in Florida now but I lived in Maine until 3 years ago.I was an Operating Room RN for 17 years. I have two beautiful daughters and a step daughter and step son. I have four grandchildren . I've been married twice. My first husband was a school teacher. He passed away from a heart attack . I married a Neurosurgeon and we were together for 20 years. We are separated and I'm dating a really nice guy here in Florida. I've been asked a few times now if my profile pic is recent. Yes, it was taken last year in Colorado. I have been fortunate to do a lot of cool things over the years. My husband owned a Harley-Davidson -72 FX. We rode and camped all over New England and much of NY State and Canada. dived with Divers Alert Network in some of the most unique and interesting places. Learned to play polo and and was able to meet and watch several 10 goal players play high-goal polo. Probably the most fun I ever have had has been racing a (street-legal) Ferrari Stradale at many of the Race Tracks along the east coast between Canada and Florida. I will put some pics of it on Facebook soon. There is nothing more exhilarating than going 155 mph down a straightway or when the slickks are just the right temp and firmness so that when you go into a tight curve they pull you down and you feel like you're suctioncupped to the track. If I had discovered racing earlier in life it would have been hard to have done anything else. Ok, well, time to go.
