Life I graduated from a school in FL and worked as a nurses aide for about 2-3 years. Then went into restaurant management for about 7 yrs. Then on to nursing school. I am now a Registered Nurse with 7 years experience in adult medical-surgical and chemotherapy in acute setting as charge nurse. Pediatric home health and visit nursing for 4 years. I worked in out-pt. services in oncology as charge nurse for 1 yr. Volunteered as parish nurse for my church for 3 yrs. Sales rep for pain managment bioflex for 6 mos, worked in a top security juvenile prison. Mother of one, homeschool mom, Mary kay consultant, free-lance writer, and caretaker of my elderly mother. Am now working toward my nurse practicioner's licensure. Father passed away in 1992. Our family is all over the USA, from Florida, to Oklahoma, to Pennsylvania. I guess none of us stayed in Michigan, surprisingly enough, when my parents lived there for 35 years of their life. update:07/04/03--now live in Tulsa, OK, mom still living with me.
