Rae's Story
Hola!
In my spare time I work in my garden and also enjoy helping others with their landscapes and yards. There is nothing quite like seeing plants grow and with care, become lovely flowers.
I volunteer for many areas in the city and like to help out wherever I can. Most recently I am helping with the Botanical Center and their gardens.
After graduation from PHS I left to attend college. From there, I started my career. Like many ambitious college graduates I thought I knew what I wanted in life. This ambition continued to change and develop as I matured and moved on in my career.
Priorities change and interests change as you get older and the things that seemed so important while in your twenties...Expand for more
fade away and other ambitions take over; then, you realize you have turned into your parents.
I have traveled to foreign countries and have "thankfully" experienced much of my "bucket list". Now it is time to start a "new list" of things to do and experience. I can't wait to get busy.

FYI We lost Dad in December 2000 to multiple myeloma cancer and Mom has been a colon cancer survivor for 8 years now. My brothers Jerry & Keith have families in Tulsa OK and Denton TX. 30+ years is a long time to look back and reflect.
I hope everyone reading this has had good health and experienced the successes that they hoped for. Life is what you make of it, find joy in every day. Later.
