Randall's Story
Life has been a roller coaster,have loved ride. The highs have been great, and the lows, well, I muddled through. My wife, Judy, has been my saving grace; we met in '80 and have not been apart since. We have 2 children, Jonathan, age 23, and Elizabeth (Beth), who turns 16 next month. Drivers beware; she can be bold behind the wheel, and I worry about insurance rates! I have a grandson, Jonathan Jr., who is 2 1/2, and we give him whatever he wants, then send him home to Mom and Dad. I never had grandparen...Expand for more

I always wanted to be a mentor when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a stupid idea. As it turns out, they were dead wrong. My greatest joy in the workplace is taking people considered useless, and turning them into productive employees. I have operators, supervisors, and managers who come back and thank me for my guidance. I love seeing others succeed, and I feel this has been my calling. I'm dadgum good at it!!!!
