Randi's Story
School
My school years began in Paldale, CA.
From there I attened an elementary school in Tucson, AZ then transferred to an elementary school in Osborn, ID. I attened part of my Jr. High in Wallace, ID to be transferred again and the rest of my Jr. High years were at Bountiful Jr. High, Bountiful, Ut. From there, I attened Bountiful High School and in the middle of my Junior year, I was transferred to Northglenn High School, Northglenn, CO. I graduated in 1974 and in 1980 attended Front Range Community College in Denver, CO where I learned American Sign Language and am now an Interpreter for the Hearing Impaired for Cherry Chreek School District, in the Denver area. hat some of the e-mails I've sent out will be returned in rememberance of me as well. As I look back on all of my school years, moving had it's positives and it's negatives. Positives would be the ability to make friends easily and deveopment of social skills; negatives were, it was sure hard to leave, each time. One very large disappointment in life was not being able to graduate from Bountiful High School where that time of my life, friendships were somehow, different.
But this is GREAT! It seems to be able to erase the sorrow from long time past. The feeling of - what use to be can never be again - is really only my fingertips away! May we all have long, happy, healthy lives and keep in touch. Sharing memories of the past and stories of
the present, hopes and dreams for the future.
