Randy's Story
After High School I moved to Atlanta, Georgia to follow a girl friend I dated in KC. After we broke up I stayed in Georgia for about 2 years before I moved home. I worked in the hotel industry from the time I was 15yrs old until I was 20. I moved back to KC in late 1979 and went to work for Goodyear as a tire changer. I met my wife Marcia in 1982 and we married in 1983. In 1985 we moved to Atlanta because of the climate and business opportunities. e boys are 22,20,19,15yrs old and my daughter is 17. The 3 oldest boys are in college. They're all very tall and the 2 youngest play volleyball (my daughter Samantha for her High School & my youngest son Jacob travels around the country playing Jr. Olympic volleyball). We'd still like to move farther south to the gulf coast, but who knows. My wife is a skydiver and my daughter also does it. Kind of neat watching them come down from the sky and land in front of me. Business has been tough the last 2 yrs but we're surviving. Hoping the economy turns around in 2010.
