Life
After high school I stayed around Hobbs working for various companies until 1983. At this time, I moved to College Station, Texas where I was an oilfield construction worker for a couple of years. I also got married during this time. In 1985, I joined the U.S. Army and served 5 years at Fort Bliss, Tx. and at Fort Hood, Tx. an electronics technician for Philips Semiconductors. I became a senior technician at Philips over the years but was forced to leave when the plant closed in 1993. I have since found myself transplanted to Richmond, Virginia with another semiconductor company where I am an automation technician. I was divorced in 1996 and have since remarried.
