Life After high school, in May of 64, I joined the Army. I served in both the U.S. and Vietnam, finishing up at Ft Bliss Texas.Shortly after becoming a civilian, I was married to Jeni Miller, class of 63.We had 2 children , Lori now 34 and Toby now 30. We lived in Hawthorne, Lomita and Bellflower until 1980 when we moved to Santa Maria Ca. ,where we still live. Jeni is a Children's Librarian for the city. Lori is Executive Director of the Santa Maria Valley Contractors Association.Toby is Rotoscope artist and compositor with Computer FX ,a special effects studio. He has credits on Spy Kids 3, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Sin City and many other movies. Since being downsized out of a managerial position with a sand co. in 1997, I decided that I would no longer work for somebody else and opened a small home repair co. I worked for myself by myself. The business was successful for 6 yrs, but I had to close it due to health reasons in Nov. of 2003. I'm now retired and pursue A life of house husbandry. I now have time to play with a little S-10 pick up and enjoy my free time. We are working on getting Jeni retired, hopefully in 2 yrs. Jeni and I will have been married for 38 years in Sept. 2006.
