School
To all of you that are looking; No, I did not graduate from Charlotte High School or Cottonwood High School. I decided to leave home and join the military (US Navy). I went to the school sites that I attended in hopes of finding people I once knew and were friends with. You don't have to graduate from a school to have good and bad memories of where you were. Thanks for looking and maybe we will see each other again someday.
Military
What can I say, I joined, spent 20 years and then was force to retire due to a back injury. In the process I advanced to E-8, turned down LDO, and went thru 2 wives. My...Expand for more
last assignment was as an instructor with the Diesel Inspector Program at Great Lakes Il. I was forced to retire because the military doctors felt that I could not successfully do my job with a back injury. Now that I am retired; I work for Florida Community COllege Of Jacksonville/Duluth Services as an instructor at Great Lakes Naval Training Center Illinois. I am doing the same job now as a civilian that I did as a military instructor. Only I am getting paid more. ???Go figure??
I hope to actually retire and move to the Caribbean someday. Hope to be able to move before I am to old to enjoy the beach and the sun. Take care and may you always have fair winds and following seas.
