Randy's Story
Life
My life in high school could only be described as 4 years of searching. There are many memories that I would behind except they are a very important part of who I am today. Following is bullet point description of my basic bio:
* born 1955, Oregon
* 1957, moved to Basin City, WA
* 1959, K in Mesa
* 1960-67, Elementary in Basin City (first year it was built, remember)
* 1967-69, Connell Jr Hi (the school that was condemned just after we finished 8th grade)
* 1969-73, CHS, barely graduating, vowing never to go to school again.
* 1973-75, 14 jobs in 1 year, finally stablizing with a job in Oregon. (told you I was searching)
* 1975-79, Northwest College, BA - literature & counseling (So much for vows)
* 1979 Started work for Teen Challenge in Denver, a non-profit organization helping people with life contolling problems (Still working with Teen Challenge today)
* 1980 Married Dana Nimmons, a beautiful girl I met in college.

* 1983, First son, Jered, was born in Denver. (The awesomeness of new life hit me hard that day, and it still amazes me)
* 1984, Started a Teen Challenge for young teens in Wyoming (12 years of hard work and great memories)
* 1986, 2nd son, Jeremy was born in Wyoming.
* 1992, International Seminary, Ph.D. - psychology
* 1996, Moved to San Jose, CA. Teen Challenge in Northern California & Nevada has been an exciting venture.
Life is very good. My job is to help people. What better job is there? my sons are doing well in school. Jered is graduating high school this year and will attend college on football & academic scholarships. Jeremy is in the 9th grade and focusing on girls instead of school dispite his father advice.
Life is good. In high school, I had no clue was that meant, but now I am glad for all of my experiences - both good and bad. It has positively affected the course of my life for the better.
