Ray Ballard:  

Ray Darnell Ballard is a Textron Six Sigma Black Belt, certified Textron Six Sigma Green Belt, at Bell Helicopter Incorporated. He is responsible for applying a wide range of basic and advanced continuous improvement tools in a measurement-based strategy for variation reduction and eliminating defects in any process ¿ from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service. Ray is the Chair of the Bell African Ancestry Networking Group (BAANG) a Bell Helicopter Employee Resource Group (ERG), formulated to give employees opportunities to connect with others who have similar interests and want to use those interests to develop the business.
