Ray's Story
After a great high school experience I finally finish Anderson College, Erskine, and Clemson Graduate school. I taught science in high school and coached for about 7 yrs. I left teaching/coaching and went to work with Duke Power (Now Duke Energy). I had hope to get 10 yrs service and get vested in their retirement system and then come back to teaching/coaching. I over shot that goal by about 8 yrs and work for Duke Energy in their Nuclear Dept for about 18 yrs. went back to teaching and coaching. Teaching physics, chemistry, and biology at Wren High School and coaching Middle school football at Powdersville Middle. That lasted for about 5 yrs. I then got an opportunity to become one of the assistant principals at Wren High. This is were I work today. I'm having a blast.
I have two grandkids, Jack -3yrs and Wylie 10 months. I also have one on the way due in Nov. My three children are grown and doing well. My wife, Anne, is retired from teaching and at home.
I love Sci-Fi,Drama, and the Discovery Channel on DTV.
