Ray's Story

This is a rather drastic edit of my life’s “story.” Most of my classmates knew Fran. We got married in 1971. We lived in West Chicago and eventually, Aurora, IL. We had one child, our son. Fran passed away in 2020 after a long struggle with a relatively rare, incurable form of cancer. Since that time I have reconnected with another fellow classmate, April Zeller. ...Expand for more
It is odd the twists and turns in our lives that have brought us together fifty years after graduating high school. Despite the circuitous route, we are very happy that we have found each other and are planning to get married. I finally retired in October 2021 and am looking forward to a long, happy, married life with April, with time to do the things we want to do.
