Ray Robins:  

Hi, It's Ray Robins Some of you may remember me, or my brothers Randy, Rusty, step-brother Richard Roe or step-sister Sandy Roe. After moving away in Feb. of 66, then coming back for graduation in June, I have ended up in Holt, Michigan just to the south of Lansing, Michigan. I'm married to Gail and have two daughters, Kristen and Rebecca and now one grandson. I worked for Michigan Bell/Ameritech/SBC (now AT&T), the local phone company for 26 3/4 years. November 15, 2000, I retired from SBC. I went back to work at a small telecommunications company then ended up at Verizon Wireless and I am now retired. I've only managed to get back to Atwater three times since graduation. I'd love to hear from you and find out what's happened to you. While I was in the Army many years ago, in 1969, I was standing in a chow line, in Fort Benning, Georgia and Michael Prows walked up right behind me. Sometimes it is a small world. I'm still looking for a 1966 year book. My copy was ruined in a small flood and thrown away while I was in the Army in Vietnam. I borrowed one and scanned it and saved it to my computer. But when I transferred files from an old computer to a new one a years worth of backups was lost and so was the year book. I am in the Holt Lions Club and I am now a Past District Governor of District 11-C2, It kept me very busy. During my year as District Governor I visited Seattle, WA for the International Convention with 19,000 people from all over the world. In May of 2012 I was part of a Lions Eyeglass Mission to Latvia. I had a very busy year and a great time. I was the District Secretary for six years. after that (I'm lucky that technology has come along with spell check.)...Expand for more
