Ray's Story
After graduating in June I enlisted in the Air Force by December
as IâÂÂm sure you remember back then, the draft was hot and heavy and young fit males had limited choices. I spent the next three years in Europe came back in 1969 got married in Jan 1970! That lasted 8 years but being young and dumb ï I got married again in 1978 that one is still intact. We have 2 boys one a lawyer in Chicago and the other...Expand for more
a deputy Sheriff. Worked at a number of jobs ending up as a regional manager for an equipment service company.
Sidelined in July 2005 by what was termed a âÂÂpretty bigâ stroke (whatever that means) I do know I am considered 100% disabled, but after 2 years of Rehab I am about 70 % recovered just no use of my left hand and arm and limited use of my left leg but I get around ok
