Ray's Story

Soon after graduating in 1968, I spent 4 years in the Air Force. When I got out, I moved to Tucson and went into cabinetmaking. I loved the work and expanded into wooden boats. with 3 great kids. They truly are a gift from God. In 2000 I moved to Phoenix where I met my wife, a retired art teacher. We encourage and enjoy each other's creativity and have collaborated on teaching our skills to adults. The things I'd like to live long enough to see include my youngest son getting married and my granddaughter also getting married. I've been informed that won't happen until she graduates college and has an established career. Yeah, like her parents have anything to say about it..
